Considering factors such as current and future development plans, the competitive situation of domestic industries, investment environment and fund requirements, the dividend policy can be carried out in the form of stock dividends or cash dividends.

We will also take the general distribution standard of our competitors and the capital market into consideration for dividend distribution. The distribution percentage of the cash dividend is no less than 10% of the total dividends. The board of directors can propose a motion and ask the shareholders to vote on the type and ratio of the earning distribution depending on the year’s actual profit and financial conditions.
