Amulaire Thermal Technology was established in June, 2011. We have been devoting ourselves to the R&D of cooling for green electronic devices. The adoption of the R&D and powder metallurgy technology in chip cooling from GSA TECHNOLOGY in 1998, our former company, has made us an important member of leading international automotive suppliers. Our heat dissipating products for IGBT modules are also applied in various well-known electric and hybrid vehicles.
Besides, Amulaire is also deeply involved in data center industry, including the design and manufacturing of immersion cooling products, assembly and installation of Chiller products plus solution integration along with its partners.
