油電混合車及電動車中「逆變器」之散熱模組及其零組件」。由於「逆變器」係將電池 直流電力轉換成交流電力,並用之驅動電動馬達運轉之核心零組件,在電力轉換過程中產生的熱能須有效消散,艾姆勒所生產之體積小且散熱功率高之散熱模組,成為逆變器中重要關鍵零組件。

  1. Fan Door 風扇門模組

Fan Door 為應用於伺服器機櫃與高功率運算設備之氣冷輔助散熱模組,
透過整合風扇、結構件與控制介面,優化系統氣流分布並提升散熱效率。艾姆勒可依客戶機櫃尺寸、風量需求、接口位置與組裝條件,提供客製化設計與製造服務,支援不同機型與應用場景之整合需求。

  1. Rear Door Heat Exchanger 背門式熱交換器模組

RDHx 為應用於資料中心與高功率 AI 伺服器機櫃之背門式熱交換器模組,可於機櫃背門端有效帶走伺服器排出的高溫氣流,降低機房熱負載並提升整體散熱效率。艾姆勒具備機構設計、熱交換模組製造、組裝與測試能力,可支援客戶高功率機櫃散熱需求。目前已完成 AC/EC/DC 版本,並提供 35kW 至 65kW 冷卻能力,滿足不同機型與應用場景之整合需求。
