Michael has 30+ years of sales and marketing experience in the electronics and laser optics marketplaces as a Director of Sales & Marketing for LiCoNiX, Director of Business Development for MRV Communications, E2O Communications and JDSU.
With MRV Communications, Michael generated a 400% increase in sales over 3 years including multi-million dollar contracts with Cisco Systems, Nortel and Alcatel. At E2O Communications, he generated a 500% increase in sales over 3 years and was a key factor in his company becoming a world leading provider of fiber-optic transceivers in the Fiber Channel marketplace.
Michael started his career as a Regional Sales Manager for the Eaton Corporation, where he was awarded Salesman of the Year in 1981. He has a BS degree in Physics from the University of Pacific and taught Physics for two years at St. Mary's High School in Stockton, California.
