Design Services
Amulaire understands the industries we serve and the issues our customers face. Our
thermal and mechanical engineers can create, verify and implement unique designs to
solve your specific thermal problems.
Our design services include:
- Mechanical design: We use Solidworks™ and ProEngineer™ software to create
product or component designs
- Simulation and modeling: We use sophisticated CFD (Computational Fluid
Dynamics) software, including IcePak™, Flotherm™, and Floworks™, to simulate
and optimize the thermal performance of new designs. We can also perform thermomechanical
stress analyses,
- Thermal characterization: We measure product performance in real application
conditions - for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled applications.

Increasingly, our customers are bringing Amulaire into the design process earlier and
earlier, so that we can work together to define the optimal thermal management solution
for today’s high-performance products.
Manufacturing
Amulaire’s manufacturing capabilities add a crucial dimension to our total offerings. We
are able to manufacture, in high volume, parts that other companies either cannot make at
all or can make only with time-consuming, tedious machining of individual parts.
By having talented tooling and manufacturing teams in-house, and a close link between
our design and manufacturing process, Amulaire can provide a quick ramp-up from
concept to production.
Our manufacturing facility – which is fully ISO 9001 certified – houses advanced
manufacturing operations as well as assembly, inspection, quality control functions and
our tool shop. We have been qualified by some of the world’s leading OEMs and have
supplied products to them in high volume production (millions of units).
